How a Waypoint Session goes
- 0–5Your bearings. Where the business stands today and where you want it to go: growth, cash, profit, exit, or something you haven’t named yet.
- 5–15The route review. Your navigator walks you through how we chart a course for a business like yours: what we’d measure, what we’d watch, and where we’d start.
- 15–20Your next heading. An honest read on whether we can help, what we’d do first, and what that roughly looks like. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so.
Good to know
- —Your navigator leads the session, so there’s nothing to prepare and nothing to present. Come as you are.
- —If a recent P&L is within reach, bring it. Useful, never required.
- —No cost, and no obligation on either side.
