Let’s talk

LENDER, INVESTOR & BOARD REPORTING

Clear numbers.
A prepared conversation.

Wayfinder helps owners of $1M to $20M businesses prepare lender reporting packages, covenant certificates, borrowing-base reports, board decks and investor updates. Based in Michigan, we agree the work around your bank facility, audience and next reporting deadline.

THE SUPPORT WE PROVIDE

Reporting shaped around the recipient.

Each package has an agreed purpose, scope and cadence. Specialist reporting is scoped to your engagement, rather than assumed to be included in every plan.

Lender reporting packages

Organize current financial statements, supporting schedules and commentary around your lender's requirements. Explain material changes and identify unresolved information before the reporting conversation.

Covenant tracking and compliance certificates

Track the tests, measurement dates and calculations defined by your loan agreement. Prepare the supporting schedule and required certificate, with review and authorized-signature responsibilities agreed up front.

Borrowing-base reporting

Prepare reports from receivables and inventory records using your facility's eligibility rules, advance rates, reserves and templates. Reconcile the underlying balances and make adjustments traceable.

Board decks and investor updates

Connect performance, cash, risks and the decisions ahead in a monthly or quarterly package, as agreed. Keep comparisons and metric definitions consistent, with clear follow-up actions.

WORKING TOGETHER

A clear reporting rhythm.

  1. Agree the requirements.

Review the recipient's requests, existing information and next deadline. Define the deliverables, cadence, cost and any additional work.

  2. Prepare and review.

Connect the statements and supporting schedules. Confirm calculations, explanations, unresolved items and who approves or signs the package.

  3. Support the conversation.

Make the financial changes and questions understandable. Agree how follow-up will be handled and what belongs in the next update.

Meet Wayfinder

BEFORE WE TALK

A few useful answers.

What reporting support does Wayfinder provide?

We provide lender reporting packages, covenant tracking and compliance certificate preparation, borrowing-base reporting, and board decks and investor updates. Deliverables and cadence are agreed for the engagement.

Is lender or board reporting included in every plan?

Scope is agreed for the engagement. We review your existing finance support, reporting requirements, deadlines and complexity before confirming the deliverables and cost. Do not assume a specialist package is included in every plan.

Can you work with our existing bookkeeper?

Yes. We can agree how the existing bookkeeping team supplies the records and how preparation, review, approvals and follow-up are assigned.

What should we bring to the first conversation?

Bring current financial statements, the reporting requirements or previous board pack, any lender templates, and the next deadline. We will discuss the information available and the work needed.
